Requirements and Availability
Confirm every tournament requirement. Discord membership, a valid permanent Discord User ID, and tournament-day check-in are mandatory.
Discord is required for team assignments, private voice channels, tournament functions, check-in, lobby instructions, substitutions, and urgent staff communication. Applicants who are not in the official Discord or do not provide their correct permanent numeric Discord User ID will not be considered.

Are you currently in the official Rivals Gauntlet Discord?
Being in another Rivals server or only knowing your Discord username does not satisfy this requirement.

This is not your username or display name. In Discord, enable Developer Mode, open your profile, and choose Copy User ID.
Enter a valid 17–20 digit permanent Discord User ID.
Can you complete the required tournament check-in during the official window?
Being accepted does not automatically check you in. Missing the deadline may cause your position to be given to a substitute.
